Who we are. JLeader Foundations LLC ("JLeader Foundations", "we", "us") builds websites and runs lead-generation work for small businesses. We are based in New Jersey, USA. Contact: jason@jleaderfoundations.com or (732) 702-2643. Mail: 865 NJ 33 Business, Ste 3, Unit #301, Freehold, NJ 07728.
This policy covers our website, our lead forms, our email and outreach, and the work we do for clients.
What we collect
- Visitors to our website: standard site data such as pages viewed, device and browser type, approximate location, and cookies from Wix and similar site tools.
- People who contact us or fill out our lead forms: name, business name, email, phone, and what you tell us about your business.
- Clients: contact and billing details, and the materials you send us (logos, photos, text, offers, reviews, ad-account access details). Payments are handled by Square or another payment processor; we do not store full card numbers.
- Client website access: for clients on our plans (Starter, Growth, Scale) and the optional $100/month care plan, we may hold collaborator access to your Wix site and see what is on it, including any visitor or customer data it holds, only to do the work. Care ends when you remove our access.
- Lead data we collect for clients: when we build forms or run ads for a client, we collect the details their leads submit (for example name, phone, email, and service request) and pass them to the client. In that work we act on the client's behalf, use the data only to deliver the service, and the client is responsible for how it uses its leads.
- Business contact information for outreach: we contact businesses by email and Instagram using business contact details that are publicly available (for example, a business's website, Google listing, or public Instagram profile).
How we use it
- To deliver and support our services, take payments, and send order and project emails.
- To follow up on leads and inquiries, and to market our services to businesses.
- To manage client lead forms and campaigns, and to send leads to the client who owns them.
- To improve our website and services.
- To meet legal, tax, and security needs, and to prevent fraud and abuse.
We do not sell personal information.
Who we share it with
- Service providers we rely on, such as Wix (hosting, forms, payments), email providers, and the ad platforms (Meta, Google) for the campaigns we run for clients.
- Clients, for lead data collected on their behalf.
- Advisers such as an accountant or attorney, as needed.
- Authorities, when the law requires it or to protect rights, safety, or against fraud.
Email and outreach: how to opt out
You can opt out of our marketing emails at any time by replying STOP to any message or emailing jason@jleaderfoundations.com or (732) 702-2643. For Instagram messages, tell us to stop and we will not message you again. We honor opt-outs promptly and keep a suppression record so we do not contact you again.
Cookies and ad tools
Our site and client sites may use cookies and tools like the Meta Pixel to measure and improve ads. You can control cookies in your browser settings. Clients are responsible for their own site privacy notices and for using these tools lawfully.
How long we keep it
We keep information as long as needed to deliver the service, handle revisions, comply with tax and legal requirements, resolve disputes, and keep opt-out records. We delete or archive it when no longer needed.
Your choices
You can ask what personal information we hold about you, ask us to correct or delete it where we are not required to keep it, or opt out of marketing, by emailing jason@jleaderfoundations.com or (732) 702-2643.
Children
Our services are for businesses. We do not knowingly collect information from children under 13.
Security
We use reasonable safeguards, including trusted providers and password-protected accounts. No method of storage or transmission is completely secure.
Changes
We may update this policy. The "Last updated" date will change when we do.
